The Secret Life of Words<\/strong> is a relaxed writing course that combines creative writing and self-awareness. In other words, through creative writing exercises, we will begin to explore our inner landscape – the feelings, memories, and valuable stories that lie there. And to develop courage in both writing and self-expression in general. We will learn to trust our instincts and enjoy the process. And through literature and writing, we will better understand our feelings – and how to manage them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course combines theory and practice. We will discuss what bibliotherapy is and is not, learn more about the mind-balancing effects of word creation and literature, its various uses, and what this mysterious creativity is and how it can enrich our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course we will also write ourselves – with pleasure and courage. And then we will exchange thoughts on what we have written. We will enjoy the beauty of language and the unique thoughts of ourselves and each other. The atmosphere is free and safe. Because how else. We will definitely leave time for questions and answers – how what you have learned on the course could be useful in your life or work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course is led by Berit Kaschan<\/strong> – a poet and bibliotherapist who has been leading writing courses with a self-development focus since 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
